Frontier Mulch Products, LLC is a high-volume wholesale supplier of landscape materials. As Account Manager, my main objective is to continue sustainable company growth. I develop and implement sales plans and forecasts, and build relationships with new and existing customers. Since joining the team at Frontier, I've helped increase annual sales by over 50% since year 1 in 2014.
Some of my other responsibilities include: designing and distributing marketing materials; designing and maintaining the company website; evaluating and adjusting pricing; monitoring market trends; assisting with procurement of raw material; creating production plans according to sales forecasts; assisting with scheduling and logistics for deliveries; and scheduling maintenance for equipment. I also perform HR duties as needed, including developing company policies, schedules, and assisting with staffing and training.
