Anno 2023 nog steeds een 100% familiebedrijf, waar de 2e generatie van Pelt inmiddels aan het roer staat. Een solide organisatie, die dit jaar een halve eeuw bestaat en zichzelf gedurende die vijf decennia op basis van geleverde kwaliteit, betrokkenheid, innovatie en passie voor het ambacht staande weet te houden. Toch weet ACW ondanks de verschillende crisissen gestaagd te groeien. ​ ​Ondanks die groei en ontwikkelingen, is ACW nog steeds een no-nonsense Rotterdams bedrijf, waarbinnen normen en waarden genetisch zijn overgedragen en waar gewerkt wordt volgens vier duidelijke pijlers, namelijk: kennis, kunde, houding en gedrag.
