Responsibilities include conferring with project staff and stabilizing the project Team while providing a work plan, assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority. The Team was able to make significant strides in production rates, increase the utilization of tracking software, establish proper channels of communication internally and with the stakeholders, while increasing monthly cash flow by 300% and exposing significant under billing and missed change order work.
