The mission of Kids First Health Care is to improve the health and well-being of infants, children and youth through providing primary and preventative health services in partnership with schools and other community organizations. In 2018, Kids First saw the following results across all sites: • 10,244 health care visits were provided to 3,965 infants, children and youth.  • 2,221 children and adolescents received immunizations  • 3,154 behavioral health counseling visits were provided to children and teens • 546 families were assisted in applying for Medicaid, CHP+, and the Kids First sliding fee scale, resulting in 1,038 children having increased access to health care.
