At Southern Colorado Clinic (SCC), we wish to provide all our patients with quality medical services from our primary care providers, specialists and ancillary services. Because we are a group practice with electronic medical records (EMR), all our medical records are integrated throughout the clinic. Therefore if you receive services in one area, another provider can easily review your chart. This helps to coordinate medical care and improve communications amongst our doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and physical therapists. In addition we provide walk-in x-ray services and densitometry without leaving the main building. If you are a current patient you can log-in through the Patient Portal which provides for a secure connection as a convenient way to communicate to our practices.
