PCJL Inc was founded in 1985 by Edward and Natalie Petrilli. Ed and Natalie opened their first Jiffy Lube service center in 1987 in Santa Maria, CA. The company was founded on sound family values that saw Ed and Natalie deeply engaged with every facet of the business. By 1995 the company was operating seven Jiffy Lube centers throughout the Central Coast of California. Ed and Natalie shared a strong mission statement with their employees that still lives today: ◦Please Customers! Do Not Process Customers! ◦Speed of Service is Vital ◦Consistency Ensures Quality ◦Good is Not Good Enough, We Must Be Great! It is this mission statement that helps our employees and team members to strive to deliver a wonderful customer experience for our guets each and every day. We have serviced over 2.5 Million cars on the Central Coast since we first opened our doors. In 1993 Sean Porcher joined the PCJL team as a lube tech in the San Luis Obispo location while attending Cal Poly full time in the Business Administration department. Sean was eager to learn about Jiffy Lube and to advance within the PCJL team. By 1995 he was promoted to Service Center Manager of our busiest location and by 1996 he had taken over as District Manager for the entire Central Coast. His quick rise through the ranks is a testament to his desire to succeed. Sean continues to run the day to day operations of the company and Ed and Natalie are still very much involved in the administration of the company.
