Alpha Resource Center is a multi-faceted service center providing support and information for families of children with developmental disabilities of all ages, teen and adult recreation, and life skills training for adults. Today Alpha serves over 2200 families. Alpha also owns and operates 3 thrift stores which support our services. Alpha Resource Center is committed to Empowering Individuals, Supporting Families and Building a Community that values the contribution of all people.

The Santa Barbara Young Professionals are a group of young and talented business professionals interested in networking, building friendships, and serving our community through various civic activities. SBYPC has always attracted a professionally diverse, fun and dynamic group of men and women. The club strives to provide an environment that is conducive to enhancing social and professional contacts. We accomplish this through various regular events such as monthly business casual mixers usually held at restaurants and new spots throughout Santa Barbara, educational events where we have guest speakers from all professional backgrounds, various other special events, and to tie off each year, our annual Holiday Gala in December. Members are 21-45 years of age, but everyone is invited to attend our events.

Since 1954, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme has sought to inspire and enable all young people to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. With three full-service clubs, 13 school program sites and one housing site, the organization is one of the largest of its kind in California, serving 7,200 members annually. The group is also the first Boys & Girls Club of its kind to open a site inside a Juvenile Justice Center in the state of California. Program areas offered to youth include character and leadership development, education and career development, health and life skills, the arts, technology and sports, fitness and recreation.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Conejo Valley founded in 2001 offers youth development programs to over 4,200 members, ages 3–14 at its nine (9) Clubs before and after school and during weekend youth sports leagues and summer camps. The Clubs are located on elementary and middle school campuses on long-term leases and joint use agreements with Conejo Valley and Las Virgenes Unified School Districts in Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Agoura Hills and Calabasas. Club members come to us from across seven cities. There are plans to open additional facilities on elementary and middle school campuses throughout the next few years in the Conejo Valley and Las Virgenes Unified School Districts.

Our Mission: To support, organize and empower the indigenous migrant communities in California’s Central Coast. Our Vision: We envision a strong indigenous immigrant community actively engaged to achieve just working and living conditions, equality, and full human rights in the broader community.

At Boys & Girls Club of Greater Ventura we take a deep sense of responsibility and honor looking out after our community’s young people. The time after school is just as important as in school when it comes to shaping a young persons’s future and that’s why we believe every moment counts. Especially, for a child to learn to become confident and trust their ability to overcome and rise to new challenges. Since 1938 our four Clubhouses, staff and volunteers have been dedicated to inspiring young people to become more and creating powerful moments that will shape their lives into the future.
