Founded in 1952, Fresno Valves & Castings is a premier manufacturer with several facilities located throughout the United States. We produce irrigation equipment, water control gates, and brass and bronze castings. Our facility in Selma, CA includes a non-ferrous brass and bronze foundry, machine shop, fabrication shop which manufactures water control gates, and a Flow-Guard® division where filtration systems are manufactured. In Eugene, OR, our fittings division manufactures various pipe fittings used in agricultural irrigation. Betts Company was founded in 1868 by William Michael Betts I, a decorated English spring maker who sailed to the United States in 1860, eventually settling in San Francisco, California. There he opened his own shop, making springs for carriages, wagons and streetcars with a well-founded reputation for quality and service.
