United Cerebral Palsy of the North Bay serves Napa, Sonoma & Solano Counties. UCPNB “enhances the quality of life of people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities, their families, and their communities." We believe that individuals with even the most challenging disabilities have the right to quality education and transition services; integrated employment opportunities with competitive wages and career opportunities; and accessible recreation programs. We also promote full inclusion in community life by providing resource and referral, advocacy, and community integration services. Our 4 primary programs are - Cypress School and Behavioral Services: Cypress School is a non-public school located in Sonoma County for children ages 6-22 with special education and behavioral needs that cannot be met in public schools. Cypress Behavior Services offer specialized supports to families and children/young adults. WineBev Services: WineBev Services is a social enterprise, employment and education program located in Napa County for adults ages 18 and over with developmental disabilities. Gone For Good, Secure Document Destruction: Gone For Good is a social enterprise, employment and education program providing services for the secure collection, destruction, and recycling of sensitive materials and information. Recreation Services: We provide a variety of camp and adapted physical education activities for children and adults.

University Studies Abroad Consortium (USAC) is a long-established nonprofit that provides more than 50 affordable, immersive and academically-focused study abroad programs across nearly 30 countries. Students from a growing list of 800 universities have traveled around the world to learn and discover rewarding career prospects at a USAC program. Faculty and staff at host sites mentor students through life-changing international experiences to prepare them to become active global citizens through credit-bearing classes, field trips, foreign living arrangements, internships and service-learning opportunities, sports and fun. USAC’s mission is to provide students with the opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to succeed in the global society of the twenty-first century. We strive to provide an authentic, quality context in which students may grow into engaged citizens of the world, not only in the classroom but also through field trips, integrated living and academic experiences, sports, internships, and volunteer and service learning opportunities. As a non-profit, university-based organization, we understand the financial pressures students face to finance their educations. We are committed to maintaining modest fees for our programs and in addition work to provide scholarships and access to other means of financing in order to provide an affordable study abroad opportunity with USAC. Through multiple points of contact, our classroom-based programs, overnight science camps, professional development for teachers, and parent engagement opportunities surround students with resources they need to succeed.
