·Individually manage a case load of more than 350 clients with minimal supervision ·Focus on customer service and satisfaction to ensure client’s trust in the firm and my abilities, as well as providing personal attention to each case·Prepare case files for attorneys prior to litigation, including gathering and submitting to the Court all supporting evidence, appeals and medical records·Act as liaison between Administrative Law Judges, Social Security Administration staff, clients, and medical providers ·Coordinate and prepare time sensitive appeals and other documents ensuring accuracy and consistency·Answer a high volume of incoming calls from clients and prospects, providing general information, referrals, and input regarding SSI/SSD ·Frequently involved with the hiring and training process for new case managers, as well as regularly leading staff meetings and assisting in delegating responsibilities and addressing and resolving problems or issues
