The more you know, the better we look: Our members-staff hold equity in the company, receive a more significant share of the revenue they generate, benefit from profit sharing, have professional independence, and tailor their benefits to fit their specific circumstances. Since we believe each staff members’ situation is different, and they are in the best position to decide best what is best for them, we give the members all the gross receipts except for a small management fee. We work for you: We have too many job opportunities to list. We don't find candidates for positions; we find jobs that our candidates want. This mindset is a crucial difference in our superior value proposition, and it makes all the difference to you and your career. Our key discriminators include: • Owner versus employee: As an owner, you have not only equity on the company but tax deductions not available to employees. These could represent tens of thousands of dollars of savings to you. • Substantial more revenue: The company is structured to deliver to you substantially more revenue than other small companies. • More independence: We have almost no restrictions on how you conduct your business, and we impose little to no additional responsibility beyond delivering your skillset. • Increase control: You select when to engage, the opportunity to take, and the yearly income. You also have control over your work hours and time off. • Control over your role: Skillset delivery, practice manager, or both. You can just deliver your skillset to fulfill your job requirements or become a practice manager and share the company profits. You can also do both for even more income. It is time: Let us work for you. You deserve more; you deserve options. — time to think differently and take control of your future. Welcome to the United States Handball Association (USHA), the National Governing Body for the sport of handball. The USHA is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation, dedicated to the growth and development of the sport for all age levels. As the governing body, the USHA is responsible for administering and sanctioning over 100 tournaments per year, including the National Championships in one-wall, wallball, three-wall and four-wall. The USHA publishes Handball Magazine, the game's only national publication and the printed resource for the sport. The non-profit United States Handball Association is really all things to all its members since it is the only association of its kind for the sport, servicing men, women, and juniors from novice to the professional level. For the past 70 years, local, regional and national tournaments have been sponsored by the United States Handball Association, and over the years, a strong network of handball players and administrators has been developed. Currently, the organization is represented by 50 State Chairs and 9 Regional Commissioners. Competition is held each year at the state, regional, and national level for both singles and doubles for men, women and children from 11-and-under to 80-and-over. Additionally, competition is held in numerous ability classes, including Novice. Currently the Association has over 6,000 members. The national office is located in Tucson, Arizona. The Board of Directors consists of 15 elected officials. While we're very proud of the association and the camaraderie of the sport, handball players are more proud of the game.
