Southern Short Sale's aim is to ease the burden of all parties and keep the "short" in short sale. We provide guidance to the homeowner to determine which short sale program they may qualify for and assist them with understanding the various program requirements and then meeting those requirements through proper documentation. The homeowner is never charged for our services. Through understanding the various short sale programs, we are able to assist buyers when making an offer on a short sale property through advising on a pricing strategy which will increase the likelihood of acceptance by the lender. We are also able to ensure that proper documentation is submitted to the lender which will reduce the timeline for review of the offer.
