As one of the larger heavy highway and general contracting companies in the Chattanooga, North Georgia, and Northeast Alabama area, and a leader in quality performance, Talley Construction understands that outstanding people are key to our success. As we offer our customers a wide range of services, we do so with dedication to our core values, the needs of our customers, honesty in all aspects of our business, and respect for all individual employees. During the 80’s, the company expanded into the asphalt business by purchasing an asphalt plant in Rossville, Georgia. In 2000, with the addition of younger talent, Talley put in place a more aggressive business plan and expanded the grading division, purchased a bridge company, added 2 asphalt plants and purchased 50% of a trucking company. Today, Talley serves customers including Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama DOT’s, local governments, private developers, and corporate entities from a corporate headquarters in Rossville, Georgia and an area office in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
