Anthony Waters is Chief Growth Officer at Mployer Advisor. He has more than a decade of experience building sales teams and developing organizations across the healthcare, insurtech and martech markets. Before Mployer Advisor he was Vice President of Business Development at Group MarketShare, where he helped launch a first-of-its-kind benchmarking and analytics platform for the group disability and group life insurance market. Earlier he was Director of Business Development at Broadspire, a claims software company, where he built a third-party administrator services program covering short-term disability, FMLA policies and claims.
