PROVAIL was founded in 1942 by parents who found a lack of services for their children with disabilities. Throughout our history, we have learned there are key elements that directly impact a person’s ability to live life according to their own choices. These elements are Mobility and Communication, Employment, and Home and Lifestyle. Today we are dedicated to focusing on these areas to meet critical needs and address gaps in services for the disability community.
