The company was a concept founded in 2020 by Bill Mars and HLI Rail & Riggings’ Managing Partner, Ross McLaren. What began as an idea on the back of a worn diner receipt from two individuals with a long history in the business, formalized into an efficient, single-source solution for the delivery, assembly, and testing of Power Transformers.
