(CASA of Oregon) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization specializing in the development of affordable housing, particularly in rural areas and especially for agricultural workers. Through our Family Economic Development Program, we offer the largest network Individual Development Program in the nation. CASA assists residents in manufactured housing communities to purchase and operate their communities. We also operate a $8.5 Million Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).
