Taught English as a second language to children ages 3 ½-10 years old. Encouraged children to read aloud from books to practice fluency, pronunciation, and diction. Assessed students, prepared progress charts and participated in parent teacher conferences. Taught general education students as well as individuals with learning challenges. Established positive relationships with students, parents and fellow staff members.
