Our church has worked with Kelly Benefits and found the company beyond frustrating to work with. We cancelled our group health insurance in August and continued to be billed month after month which was withdrawn from our church account. We made over 20 phone calls over several months and were promised it was cancelled and would receive a refund within 3 weeks. $11,000+ later, we were still making calls and money was still being taken out of our account for a policy that was cancelled. After months of frustration, we finally received a refund check. The way they handled this was unacceptable especially since it involved them taking over $11,000 on a policy that they admitted was cancelled months ago in writing. We are going to stop using their services. Sadly, I do NOT recommend them!

This company is filled with incompetent people. They will take weeks to process COBRA Elections, promise things when you call and don't notate anything in their systems, and then will call and not leave voicemails. Then when you call back, the representative will be absolutely clueless about what you're asking about. Don't use these useless people for your benefits, especially COBRA if you can help it.

To say that they have been amazing is a compete understatement. From my account rep Jeff Pedone, to account service rep Andrea Winfrey, for my Health Care Program they are top notch. They cover every detail and make sure every t is crossed and i dotted. They both provide excellent customer service and support. The entire Kelly Team is always available to assist with any of our questions or needs that may arise. With regards to our Payroll experience the entire team is amazing, especially my account rep Holly Archer, she always goes above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs are met. The Kelly team is incredibly helpful reminding us when we are getting close to the deadline to submit payroll. Holly and the entire Kelly Payroll service team has saved us many times. Kelly takes what can sometimes be a complicated and difficult HR task and makes it easy for us and provides true peace of mind. Working with Kelly is such a pleasure and I look forward to working with them for another 38 years.
