Cooper & Associates, the firm was established to serve both public and private clients. After serving the City of Rice Lake as an employee for 4 years, Robert Cooper created a solid client base capable of sustaining the firm and meeting the engineering needs for the City of Rice Lake. Over the past 60 years, the name of our firm has been modified to fit the partners of the time. Former company names include Cooper Peabody Engineer Architect, Cooper Spangler & Associates, and most recently Cooper Engineering Company, Inc.
