If you are looking for a custom made new product or made to order specialty substrates, our coaters/laminators can handle lightweight papers, films, nonwovens, or heavy weight SBS and linerboards. We manufacture specialty substrates up to 62 inches wide with low or high coat weights. Substrates are converted to small rolls, sheets, or finished master rolls. Our production capabilities meet just about every coating or laminating need – consistently and reliably. We have the right equipment and processes to develop and manufacture your products on time. Quality Focused, Customer Driven, Service with Integrity! We are a custom contract converter specializing in Folding, Slitting/Rewinding, & Laminating nonwoven, paper and film products. Folding We can do a 1/4, 1/6, 1/8, or 1/16 fold, as well as 'C', 'v', 'W', and 'Z' folds. Wide web folding is an option, too, from 2' x 2' to 12' x 25'. Slitting & Rewinding We can slit or rewind many types and widths of materials up to 135" wide and 92" incoming OD, producing up to a 60" finished OD and widths as narrow as 2 1/16". Laminating We are capable of laminating several different types of substrates together. We use a cold adhesive process and can laminate up to widths of 55".
