Established in 1947, Arrow Tool and Stamping operates a 30,000-square-foot manufacturing facility which delivers the utmost in quality metal stampings and fabrications. We run materials such as hot and cold-rolled steel, spring steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and bronze. Arrow is a leader in precision metal fabricating, thanks to a 1500 watt CO2 Laser/Turret combination machine plus a 2200 watt CO2/Nitrogen Laser featuring a 5'x10' automatic shuttle bed. Our machines handle a maximum material thickness of 1/2" in steel, 3/16" in aluminum and 1/4" in stainless steel. These laser systems eliminate costly tooling and provides a quick response for prototypes and short production runs. Complimenting this machine are two 33-station turret presses, each with auto-index capabilities. These unique machines feature programmable rotation of tooling with a production rate of 280 hits-per-minute. To comliment the laser, we also run 6-axis press brakes. With built-in pressure sensing, these press brakes eliminate any variation in bend angles over the entire length of the part. Our punch press department can handle your stamping requirements. With a capacity of up to 100 tons, these machines will handle a variety of material thickness.Our presses are integrated with Arrow's unique master die-set system that eliminates the high cost of tooling and lengthy set-up time. Arrow operates a modern tool room complete with wire EDM capabilities. This allows us to maintain competitive pricing while handling all of your tooling needs. Our welding department has MIG, TIG, Heliarc and spot-welding equipment. Our welding personnel are certified for steel, aluminum and stainless steel applications. Arrow now offers rotary dies for every converting application that are hardened tool steel throughout, not just at the blades.With competitive pricing and quick turn around, Arrow is the answer to your rotary die requirements.
