Trellis provides services, information and connections that help people age well. We are innovators in the field of aging, and are working to offer and create new products, services and relationships to meet the changing needs of a growing population of older adults. We are committed to serving our aging communities with equity and inclusivity. We are the area agency on aging for the Twin Cities metro area and offer other service across Minnesota and in 10 other states. Our programs include offering Senior LinkAge Line services, Juniper health promotion classes and Trellis Pension and Retirement Rights.

Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys’ work is supported by 6,500 volunteers who deliver the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to nearly 18,000 girls in southern Minnesota, western Wisconsin, and one county in Iowa. Girl Scouts River Valleys is one of 111 Girl Scout councils that make up the national Girl Scout Movement, sharing the mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.

The International Institute of Minnesota delivers services and resources to assist New Americans in the transition to a new life leading to economic self-sufficiency. Working together, New Americans, volunteers, and staff create not only a new home, but also a new future for those who have been displaced. From language learning and job training to citizenship classes and the celebration of cultural traditions, the Institute offers New Americans a pathway for a strong start to a new life in our community – something we all benefit from. Organizational Mission: Helping New Americans achieve self-sufficiency and full membership in American life. The Institute supports this mission by providing linguistically and culturally accessible services that enable every New American to work toward achieving full community participation and self-sufficiency.

Partnering with the Inland Northwest to reach the poor with the love and power of the gospel so they may become God-dependent, contributing members of society. What began as a downtown soup kitchen in 1951 has expanded into a comprehensive ministry with four shelters, three recovery programs, two thrift stores, an automotive enterprise and a summer camp for underprivileged youth.

Impact Seven, Inc. is a private nonprofit corporation specializing in economic development, housing development, property management, and other independent and socio-economic development activities. Our Mission: To impact communities and lives through innovative and socially-motivated investment and service. Impact Seven, Inc. has a long history of managing housing projects financed by Rural Development (Formerly FmHA) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) throughout the State of Wisconsin. Impact Seven also specializes in the management of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) projects and Market Rate housing. Impact Seven presently manages over 1400 units for families, elderly, and other residents.

For more than 100 years the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) has been and still is the leading association for the construction industry. We are the oldest and largest construction association representing general and specialty contractors and represent more than 27,000 firms, including over 6,500 of America’s leading general contractors, over 8,800 specialty-contracting firms, and more than 10,400 service providers and suppliers. We advocate for the interests of the industry, educate members about the latest in construction techniques and technology, and connect construction professionals with one another through a nationwide network of chapters. Family Pathways was established in 1978 as a 501(c)3 grassroots community organization in Chisago County, providing counseling services to youth and families. Today Family Pathways is a leading human service organization providing a person-centered response to social determinants that affect the health and well-being of residents across east-central Minnesota and western Wisconsin. A deep-rooted history in the community and direct service expertise in multiple program areas, including access to healthy food, domestic violence, sexual assault intervention, and supportive services for older adults- makes Family Pathways unique. Family Pathways’ mission is to work alongside people to enhance lives through a continuum of essential services and, together with the community, champion positive social change. Together with volunteers, donors, partners, and the community at large, neighbors can access stability and hope - contributing to the overall vitality of the region. Programming includes Food Equity and Access Services comprised of nine food shelves and a mobile food truck; Parenting Time Services assuring children have safe contact with family members as they navigate challenging times and transitions. Aging Services engage our aging population through companionship, advocacy, education, and caregiver support. At the same time, Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services provide comprehensive assistance to victims of family violence and sexual assault. Each of these programs is supported, in part, through the Family Pathways social enterprise model, which consists of ten thrift stores and a recycling center.
