We then deliver the project for that cost unless there are unforeseen, or undisclosed, issues with soils, or there are changes to plans. We do what we say we will do and stand by our product. We commit to a turn over date and hit that date. If we promise something will be done we do it. We do not cut corners or allow substandard quality by any trade on the site. We hold ourselves, and our subs, to a higher standard which shows itself in minimal if any punch items at turnover. Once you have your project we are around to assist should there be any issues.
