DO, Inc. employs 193 individuals directly in the Ripon community and utilizes a budget of approximately 3.1 million dollars. Funding for DO, Inc. programs and services is derived from contracts with government agencies to provide services to individuals with disabilities, production revenues from work provided to area industry in DO, Inc. production centers, gifts and grants from individuals, businesses and organizations. Consumer referrals for agency programs come from county and state human service organizations responsible for funding programs for people with disabilities.
