Zeman Tool is a ISO 9001-2000 certified company specializing in complete tooling from prototype manufacturing through final gauge fixtures. Using a variety of 3D software packages including Solidworks, Pro-E and Unigraphics, castings are designed as well as prototype or production molds, patterns and coreboxes. Zeman Tool will engineer custom hydraulic, pneumatic or manual fixtures for use on a variety of HMC, VMC or stand alone applications.

Pro Metal Works is metal fabricator located in the Madison, Wi area. We specialaize in technology and innovation to accomplish our task, which is to continually grow and provide the best in delivery, quality, and value to the market. We work with all manner of materials, and that work includes but not limited to: laser cutting, punching, welding, pemming, assembly, paint, and plating. We are a supplier to over 100 customers and our products range from motor mounts for yachts, to sheet metal panels for electrical enclosures, to armrests for salon furniture and to a complete POP display.

ATI was established May of 1996 in a 600 square foot garage. The company now occupies a 21,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Specializing in carbide cutting tools, the company has grown based on QUALITY OF SERVICE and PRICE. We currently have 23 CNC grinders. ANCA, WALTER, ROLLOMATIC and TRUTECH grinders give us the versatility and precision to manufacture and service a variety of cutting tools to original specs as well as create highly customized tooling. We are able to manufacture and service cutting tools down to .003" diameter. We have our own inspection area and have coatings added to your specifications.
