Established to successfully bridge the gap between traditional rotary and flat bed corrugated paper die cutting, there is little that Baysek says “No” to, so you can say “YES” to your customers. Baysek exhausts all ideas when presented with die cutting challenges, and most often finds a way to efficiently achieve successful results. The Baysek ‘rotary anvil – flat cutting die’ method is recognized as a viable & reliable method for conquering both difficult & simple jobs alike. It is typical that Baysek customers purchase die cutters with a handful of challenging jobs in mind, then quickly fill their machines with new sales opportunities & problematic jobs moved from preexisting traditional rotaries and platens. Baysek's unique, One Operator, Nick-Free, Multi-Out die cutting method is designed to simultaneously increase finished product quality & decrease labor costs. Individual corrugated pieces, up to 60,000 pieces per hour, are shear cut, automatically stripped, accurately counted & neatly stacked via an easy touch screen control. Precise finished units containing no nicks/tags, angel hair or dust are ready for shipping preparation upon exiting the machine, load after load. Efficient for both long & short runs, the single operator Baysek method promotes a quick return on investment. Baysek die cutters handle F-Flute through Double Wall, Warped & Recycled Board, Solid/Thin Board, Foil & Foam Laminated Board, Single/Open Face, as well as some Other Substrates. A large 67” x 55” die format provides flexibility to convert simple one-outs to complex multiple-outs up to 60 pieces per cycle. Baysek provides the latest in machine design & functionality to offer corrugated converters around the globe state-of-the-art die cutting equipment built to last.
