Fox Valley produces rotary dies from 24" to 86" in diameter and flat bed dies as large as you can dream up. Fox Valley currently houses 5 laser fixtures (3 rotary and 2 flat). Fox Valley also utilizes an in house water jet machine, capable of cutting ejection rubbers for the most intricate of designs. Fox Valley uses the latest and greatest in rule processors. We have the ability to Manufacture Perforating knife for rotary dies on site down to 1/8 x 1/8 spacing.
