Tacoma Habitat also offers free HUD-approved housing counseling to all Pierce County residents, helping people to become homeowner ready and/or hold on to their owned home through financial hardship. Additionally, we provide low-cost adaptive home modifications and repairs to Pierce County senior citizens and disabled Veterans.
