ABSOLUTE POWER, INC.

AbsolutePower is a provider of sustainable power generation solutions for residential, commercial, and government. Our collective position is that the energy consumer of today is seeking immediate alternatives to the traditional power delivery options currently in place. Energy consumers across the US are experiencing price increases due to a variety of market and environmental factors. And with no clear options from policy makers or carbon based power generators the consumer is left with the choice of higher prices or investing in alternative energy sources. With less than 1% of the power currently generated coming from renewable sources the alternative energy market is in its infancy with a growth curve ahead unlike any other technology acceptance and adoption in the past century including the internet. The firms that take a leadership position in specific sectors of the energy generation and delivery market will be the growth companies of tomorrow. AbsolutePower generates power from renewable fuel sources close to the markets that will consume clean sustainable electricity. Our model calls for the consumption of already available fuels currently cast off as byproducts from agriculture and municipal waste, specifically Biogas. Biogas typically refers to a gas produced by the biological breakdown of organic matter in the absence of oxygen. Biogas originates from biogenic material and is a type of biofuel. Biogas is a renewable fuel and electricity produced from it can be used to attract renewable energy subsidies in some parts of the world. In the US markets AbsolutePower operates with the ability to create Renewable Energy Certificates which contribute to our ability to reduce the carbon footprints of our customers.

The drilling business can be a liquid one. Where the projects can be a simple bore hole construction, an exploratory drilling expedition, to a complex retrieval of equipment lodged down 2000 ft below ground. Our focus at Carpenter Drilling is to fight through the liquid knowns and unknowns to provide the very best in equipment, personnel, and expertise in all of the divisions of our company. Excellence and consistency is a standard, not an option. Our 3 main values are printed on any company issued medium (shirts, business cards, website) and have meanings internally in the company along with externally to our clients. Safety- This value is paramount at Carpenter Drilling. All of our employees are trained in MSHA/OSHA requirements to perform safe work whether it be on a mine site, farmers field, or the Hanford Nuclear Reservation (the largest superfund site in USA). Respect- >Internally - Respect means to treat others as you would like to be treated. Respect the authority of the driller on site, and the driller will respect the helper by training and helping them to learn the trade. >Externally- Please, thank you, yes mam, yes sir are a standard when interfacing with client and support personnel on job sites. Treat the work area as if it was your own back yard. Trust- >Internally- The driller and helper have to have a trust level that is at a level that they understand their lives are in each other hands. >Externally- Do what we say we can do. Sounds like a simple statement, however it's a complex one in practice. When we arrive at a job site there are no surprises in regard to personnel and or equipment that was promised in the contract phase.

At Extreme Coatings we make custom paint for cars and sale paint related products. I’m one of 5 Outside Sales Representatives, driving a commercial delivery van, where I mix paint by hand and persuade customers to buy the products we sell, working as as team to meeting their expectations. Every morning I restock my van with products, keep track of the inventory, handle cash and other payment methods, going above and beyond the expectations that are required from me. My days are very busy as I have to create paint colors on the spot from scratch, this takes great color matching skill along with the ability to problem solve. I believe my success in this company has come from seeing each customer as a unique individual with different wants and needs and catering to them in the highest level of care.
