We have the skills and experience to deliver high precision plastic parts, maintaining the tight tolerances you need whether we’re working with simple or complex injection molds. We can accurately reproduce even the most challenging part geometries with superior precision. What differentiates us is our combination of in-house tooling & molding, in other words we manufacture tooling molds for in-house production as well as for OEM manufacturers. We have two facilities – a tooling shop with 35 employees, including seven engineers, where we design & manufacture roughly 20-30 molds per month, and a 75,000 sq. ft. molding facility with 35 presses ranging in size from 35 tons to 1250 tons. Many of our molding presses are state-of-the-art high speed machines, both electric and electro-hydraulic, with accumulated injection systems and dedicated robots well suited for competitive volume production.
