Sports Backers, is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization whose mission is to inspire all corners of our community to live actively. Over the past 28 years, Sports Backers has developed programs and events that are designed to inspire people from all corners of our community to live actively. We achieve this work by focusing on a network of collaborative partnerships with other organizations, businesses, local governments and faith based institutions. In order to have transformational change, we realize we can’t do it all alone, but rather we work to build a movement of change in our community to make active living the easy choice. Sports Backers owns and produces 17 annual events that include some of the largest and most successful of their kind in the country. Founded in 1957, the Richmond Symphony is an orchestra of more than 70 professional musicians, the 150-voice Richmond Symphony Chorus and 130 students in the Richmond Symphony Youth Orchestra Program. Each season, more than 200,000 members of the community enjoy concerts, radio broadcasts, livestream concerts, and educational outreach programs. The Richmond Symphony is partially funded by the Virginia Commission for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.

Richmond Performing Arts Alliance (RPAA) is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to advance the performing arts in the Richmond region through programs and resources that support the artists of today, nurture the artists of tomorrow, and provide spaces for the arts to thrive. In addition to its comprehensive BrightLights Education Initiatives and wide array of performances and productions, RPAA hosts a range of resident arts companies in a collaborative environment. The organization oversees distinctive venues at two locations: Altria Theater and Dominion Energy Center, which houses Carpenter Theatre, Rhythm Hall, Libby S. Gottwald Playhouse and the Genworth BrightLights Education Center.

At Native Nation Events, LLC, our mission is simple – to create and execute unique, timely, and lively educational networking forums within the Native American marketplace. In consultation with the community and our Advisory Board, made up of both tribal leaders and market professionals, we program events that provide information on and insight into topics that are of the utmost importance to tribes and their leadership. Our innovative model creates an environment where ideas are shared freely and mutually beneficial relationships are built. Our goal with each event is for the attendees to think differently about the issues they face and leave with the tools needed to tackle those challenges head-on. Ballet Virginia is a professional ballet company with an associated academy. Ballet Virginia provides quality professional productions/performances and training for classical ballet dancers in the Hampton Roads community. Ballet Virginia upholds the standards required to maintain membership standing with the Southeastern Regional Ballet Association (SERBA) for Regional Dance America. Ballet Virginia also provides opportunities for professional dancers, lighting, set and costume designers and choreographers while continuing education and outreach programs for Hampton Roads community at large.
