The Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV) is a 3,200-member statewide organization of home builders and firms that provide products and services to the home building industry. HBAV represents the residential construction (Single Family and Multifamily) and land development industry before state lawmakers and state regulators. Membership provides you with the power to have voice heard and strengthens the industry because there’s strength in numbers. HBAV is made up of 14 local home builder associations in Virginia. HBAV’s current membership includes 3,019 member companies in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Of the 3,019 members, 908 are builder/developer members and 2,111 are associate members. Associates members are those members who provide a product or service to a builder or developer. HBAV holds numerous business development, educational, and networking events throughout the year.
