We have operated under a client-first commitment and perspective for more than 35 years and continue to evolve our patient-centric approach as the delivery of care changes. Leveraging our collective experience and resources, our nimble and thoughtful team of professionals find solutions for our healthcare clients that respond to today’s healthcare challenges – thinking outside the “medical office box.” Our properties typify where healthcare is going, not where it has been. With more than $1.7B of completed development projects, more than 8.5M square feet under management, and more than $3B invested in stabilized healthcare facilities, Anchor continues to create a better healthcare experience for patients and a competitive edge for our clients. Our success is built upon long-lasting relationships, our “open book” style of communication, and the cross-collaboration of our platforms which enables us to make thoughtful decisions that drive an integrated, efficient, and successful approach to healthcare real estate. Guided by our purpose statement—Pursuing Better Healthcare through Real Estate Solutions—and defined by our core values, we are committed to project outcomes which consistently exceed expectations. It is these values that drive us to be better every day—to provide the highest quality service and greatest value to every project we are fortunate to be a part of, as we look to partner with those who share in that commitment.

Disclosure: https://www.vaneck.com/us/en/social-media-disclaimer/ VanEck has a history of looking beyond the financial markets to identify trends that are likely to create impactful investment opportunities. We were one of the first U.S. asset managers to offer investors access to international markets. This set the tone for the firm’s drive to identify asset classes and trends—including gold investing in 1968, emerging markets in 1993, and Exchange Traded Funds in 2006—that subsequently shaped the investment management industry. Today, VanEck offers active and passive strategies with compelling exposures supported by well-designed investment processes. The firm’s capabilities range from core investment opportunities to more specialized exposures to enhance portfolio diversification. Our actively managed strategies are fueled by in-depth, bottom-up research and security selection from portfolio managers with direct experience in the sectors and regions in which they invest. Investability, liquidity, diversity, and transparency are key to the experienced decision-making around market and index selection underlying VanEck’s passive strategies. Since our founding in 1955, putting our clients’ interests first, in all market environments, has been at the heart of the firm’s mission.
