Home Health Care

Harvest Outreach Center is licensed by the DBHDS to provide Therapeutic Day Treatment in the academic setting to children and adolescents in certain Campbell County Public Schools and all Amherst County Public Schools. Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT) provides medically necessary, individualized, and structured therapeutic interventions to children/adolescents with mental, emotional, or behavioral illnesses. TDT treatment interventions are provided during the school day or as a supplement to the school day or year. This service includes clinical evaluation, psychiatric medication, education and management, interventions to build daily living skills or enhance social skills, and individual, group, and family counseling and contacts provided in a structured setting. Additionally, Harvest Outreach Center provides Outpatient Therapy. This service provides clinical counseling to children, and adolescents with identified mental health diagnoses. This service is designed to meet the specific mental health needs of the client as they relate to their diagnosis and can be provided in-office, in-school, virtual or other approved/appropriate community setting. Services are provided by licensed professional counselors with client-centered and family-centered approaches and are delivered through intensive, time-limited, goal-specific interventions.
