Oversee the operational budget, manage expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.· Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.· Lead and develop operational strategies to ensure successful and timely delivery of packages with an average yearly package count of 1M+.· Set goals, KPIs, and performance targets aligned with Amazon’s standards.· Coordinate with the CEO and other senior leaders to align operational processes with business objectives.· Oversee daily operations and manage staff of over 85, including team leaders, dispatchers, and delivery associates.· Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure efficient performance.· Monitor and optimize delivery routes, schedules, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.· Implement continuous improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency.· Address any non-compliance or operational issues immediately and develop corrective action plans.· Respond to escalated customer complaints and resolve delivery issues· Oversee the maintenance and management of 60 delivery vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
