Eye Care and Surgery was established in April 1987 with the objective of providing excellent comprehensive eye care to the patients in the Roanoke Valley while emphasizing compassion and Christian values. Maintain County wide systems, network, securities, hardware and software updates, and training. Responsible for technical services while working in an integrated server network and voice environment. Responsibilities include installing and configuring network devices; diagnosing and resolving communication hardware and software problems; implementing and monitoring systems security products and procedures. Advised management on product development, conducts user training, product demonstrations. Supervision exercised over lower level technical personnel.
