Through the Welfare, Pension, Annuity and Apprenticeship Funds, NYCDCC members enjoy health, vacation, and scholarship benefits, and apprenticeship and journeymen training, as well as a defined monthly pension and defined contribution benefit at retirement, all at little or no cost to the members.
