Samaha & Russell PA is Northern New Hampshire's law firm. Its roots date back to 1846 when Harry Bingham started practicing law in Littleton. Bingham twice became a New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice but each time retired and returned to practice in Littleton. Many prominent lawyers practiced with him, including his son, George H. Bingham, who joined him in 1891. Henry Dodge joined Bingham in 1919 and succeeded him as Grafton County Probate Judge in 1938. In 1945 Francis W.
