The Alliance for Positive Health (formerly the AIDS Council of Northeastern New York) is a community-based organization dedicated to improving lives impacted by HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses. For 35 years the agency has modeled client-centered care and provided skills to help those we serve make informed decisions. The Alliance for Positive Health is the preeminent provider of AIDS services in a seventeen county region in Upstate New York with offices in Albany, Hudson Falls, Hudson, Plattsburgh, and Schenectady.
