My primary duties included maintaining accounting records and performing real estate investment analysis. I also audited tenant accounts, created budgets and reconciliations, performed budget variance analysis, generated monthly reports, and communicated with tenants, co-workers, and company leaders to resolve issues and answer questions. I was also the personal assistant to the CEO of Structured Finance, and as such performed various tasks including revising entity operating agreements, estate planning, and revising family trust documents.
