I worked as a site director for an after school program for teens at the South Franklin Community Center. Some of my duties consisted of the following: I planned, implemented, supervised and evaluated activities provided within a specific program area, such as Education, Special Education, Social Recreation, Arts & Crafts, and Physical Education. I relied on the automated systems available to us such as Word to help me monitor, analyze, and evaluate activities to ensure safety of members and staff in programs and appearance of the site at all times. I tutored members with homework and tracked grades.
