How I arrived in this role is sad, the passing of a legend. That will not define limits, however. We are working on some massive projects and are working to improve our processes further to deliver even more value for our customers in the rubber industry. There’s a reason we steal jobs from our competition, that is our hunger and drive to innovate. Continued updating processes based on data, which equated to doubling monthly manufacturing revenue and brought past due order from $1M+ to under $100K.
