Our mission is to be the leading advocate for Delaware’s children. CHILD, Inc. provides creative prevention and treatment programs that meet the changing needs of families. We serve children traumatized by neglect and abuse and their parents. Our team serves those involved in domestic violence situations, especially children. The Center for Child Protection, a nationally accredited children’s advocacy center, is the first stop for children in Travis County who are suspected victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse and for children who have witnessed a violent crime. The Center is a child-friendly, specially-equipped facility where children go for recorded forensic interviews, medical exams, counseling and intervention during the investigation and prosecution of child abuse cases. It is the only nonprofit in Travis County involved in the investigation of crimes against children. All services are provided to children and their protective caregivers at no charge and most are available in English and Spanish. Children are referred to the Center for Child Protection for services exclusively through law enforcement and Child Protective Services when one or more of the following circumstances have occurred: - A child made an outcry of sexual abuse. - A child has experienced physical abuse. - A child has witnessed a violent crime.

Austin Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope. Austin Habitat focuses on the holistic experience of homeownership as a catalyst for community change. Austin Habitat goes beyond the well-known new homeownership program by also offering critical home repairs to low-income homeowners and housing counseling to the general Austin community. Our programs are designed to develop and preserve strong communities by providing comprehensive services that prepare homebuyers for the responsibilities of homeownership, incentivize long-term ownership, and keep existing homeowners in their homes.

Workforce Solutions Alamo serves as the governing board for the 13-county Alamo workforce development region, overseeing a network of service providers and contractors that brings people and jobs together. No-cost resident services are delivered through one-stop career centers available to the 8,000 businesses and more than 2 million residents in the Alamo region. The primary role of Workforce Solutions Alamo is to align, focus and set direction for all workforce activities in the 13-county Alamo region. RMYA cares for children in the foster care system who are healing from severe abuse, neglect, violence and trauma, through no fault of their own. Here they have a safe place to live, food, clothing, therapeutic care and love. RMYA provides residential care for children and youth from birth to age 24 through a continuum of care in emergency shelters, a community family counseling center, a drop in center for sex trafficked and homeless youth, a long term residential campus and a transitional living program for youth who have aged out of foster care with nowhere to live, and for youth who are homeless. Our mission is to support healing and growth in children, young adults and families by providing a continuum of care, support and resources. We serve individuals who have experienced severe emotional trauma, abuse and neglect.

Meals on Wheels San Antonio prepares and delivers nutritious meals each weekday to homebound seniors living in Bexar, Frio, Atascosa, Comal, Edwards, Guadalupe, Karnes, McMullen, Medina, Uvalde, and Wilson Counties. During the last fiscal year, Meals on Wheels San Antonio provided 1,000,000+ meals to 5,320 seniors. Adults who are homebound, unable to cook for themselves, and lack outside support are eligible for services at no charge. Meals on Wheels San Antonio has served the senior citizens of Bexar County since 1977. Today, our agency is one of Bexar County’s largest non-profit organizations providing services to seniors. Services include home meal delivery, companionship for homebound seniors, and daytime care for seniors diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or dementia-related diseases.
