Reduced shrinkage by 90%.- Ensured all paperwork was correctly obtained, entered and scanned/emailed, allowing for the accounting team to clear the books sooner.- Managed the receiving and shipping schedule by adding a dock calendar that would be referenced in planning packaging to increase productivity without interruptions.- Improved communication with distributors for order requests, scheduling of pickups, and fulfillment of point of sale (POS) needs.- Negotiated to lower the cost on all freight by scheduling them with a selection of trusted carriers.
