RAC Management Services Incorporated (“RACMS”) is a results oriented leader in the information systems and services industry, providing successful business solutions to U.S. Government agencies and private organizations. Incorporated in Maryland during 1992, RACMS is also registered with the Small Business Administration under the small business classification.

The Lone Star Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association represents all of Texas to drive strategic dialogue in national security by identifying key issues and leveraging the knowledge and experience of its military, government, industry, and academic members to address them. We host chapter meetings, major events, and have chapter committees. NDIA is comprised of its Affiliates, Chapters (which are regional), and Divisions (such as Electronics, Manufacturing, Program Management, Small Business, and Cybersecurity). The National organization of NDIA hosts 1,700 corporate and 70,000 individual members, and is a non-partisan, non-profit, educational association that has been designated by the IRS as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization - not a lobby firm - and was founded to educate its constituencies on all aspects of national security. We champion issues of strategic national importance, building the communities around these issues, and then convening forums.
