• Forge partnerships with partners from industry to civic institutions such as Microsoft, NASA, Mark Cuban Foundation, Texas Commission for the Arts, University of Texas El Paso, Carnegie Mellon University, MIT Fab Foundation, LULAC, ONE Gas Foundation, Workforce Solutions, El Paso Children's Museum and Science Center and more and execute programming for digital skilling, STEM K-12, and workforce development• Analyze complex business data, recommended budgets for approval to the Board• Provide oversight and strategy for digital skilling for business incubators and accelerators such as Nurse innovator (Worker’s Lab Innovation Fund) and Devise (U.S. Economic Development Agency SPRINT Fund)• Manage, research, and write grant applications and execute legal contracts for funding sources• Prepare reporting for stakeholders such as funders, sponsors, and community partners• Represent the organization in speaking functions at various national, state and local events• Develop procedures for program implementation and strategize for organizational growth
