A majority of our graduates test and attend the local private schools including Trinity Valley School, Fort Worth Country Day, Southwest Christian, All Saints and others. The Fort Worth Montessori School is a unique private preschool with AMS, AMI, and/or MACTE Montessori certified teachers and a multitude of enrichment programs. We have a beautiful, remodeled 2 story brick building located right off the Chisolm Trail tollway and I-20 for easy drop off and pick up. Families can get downtown in less than 10 minutes. We cater to working families offering hours from 7 am to 6:30 pm, year round. We are privately owned allowing us to have the freedom to follow the true Montessori philosophy. We are proud to be the only Montessori School in Fort Worth that has an infant program for children ages 6 weeks to 17 months guided by an AMI Assistant to Infancy certified guide. In fact, all teachers are certified from an AMI, AMS and/or MACTE accredited program ensuring Maria Montessori’s philosophy and curriculum are followed. All staff is trained in the Love and Logic method by a Love and Logic facilitator. The purpose of Fort Worth Montessori School is to work with parents to help children develop foundations for a lifetime of creative learning and to develop the basic ideas, attitudes and skills essential for success in school and life. Children acquire a thirst for learning, favorable attitudes toward school, positive habits of concentration, initiative, order, persistence, originality, functional creativity, and above all-clear perceptions. Children participate in purposeful, real and meaningful activities that invite discussion and discovery as well as logical conclusions.

Over the Years: • We have awarded approximately $4.3 million in scholarships since 1983. Of those, $3.6 million was awarded to military recipients. • We have educated over 64,000 persons on financial topics since 2001. Of those, 47,700 class participants were military members. • We manage and administer six scholarship endowments. Scholarships We award an average of $175,000 each year in various scholarship. We have several partnership scholarships with community organizations and institutions around the nation. Education Each year, our staff or trained volunteers provide an average of 70 separate presentations on a variety of financial topics to the military, and federal employee audiences. In 2009, FCEF launched our educator-developed and approved ”Money Matters” curriculum to help high school students acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to take control of their financial future. Our ”Military Money Matters” includes five military-specific modules in addition to the 12 basic modules. And this year we introduced our new smartphone app, “SavvySaver,” to help people learn some basics about finances. Our educational presentations are offered free of charge to public schools as well as military organizations and families.
