DL&PS Energy Services provides integrity, rehabilitation, construction, and maintenance services for the midstream sector. We strive to be “different by design” and challenge the status quo by providing unique, scalable, value driven solutions without sacrificing safety or integrity. Our objective is to be the premiere provider for integrity, maintenance, modification, and small-mid size capital projects. The company was formed in 2004 as Dayton Lease Services, LLC to serve the needs of oil and gas producers in Southeast Texas. Our Initial focus was on general oilfield maintenance, and servicing of production facilities. As the company grew we branched into new construction of drilling locations, production facilities, and gathering pipeline systems. Several years of geographic and technical growth in these areas brought about opportunities to become active in the pipeline construction and maintenance industry. In 2008/2009 we had begun discussions with a large midstream company that gave us an opportunity to work on their well connect and integrity program. This in turn gave DL&PS a tremendous opportunity to enter the Midstream market. In January of 2011, Dayton Lease Services, LLC went through an organizational change and formed Dayton Lease & Pipeline Services, Inc. With a larger market penetration in the midstream sector, the company felt it was beneficial to adopt a name that was more fitting to the current customer base. We currently have a full time staff of around 180 employees with the ability to grow based upon market conditions and opportunity. Our growth has focused around obtaining talent and making sure we have the right people to service the various sectors of the midstream market. Over the past 3 years we have entered into compression and station work.
