• Collaborate with technical and office staff to continually meet and exceed customer expectations. Negotiate vendor contracts, delegate and audit labor/maintenance contract work. Always ensure that the best price is given for the work to be completed. • Assigned to special projects for the acquisition and selling of communities. Ability to work with limited staff and constrained budgetary means. • Spearhead for creative and innovative advertising campaigns developed on a budget, establishing new customer satisfaction and current client retention. • Approve and monitor payroll every week. Ensure that non-exempt employees use minimal OT to stay within budget.
